Analysis of Thermodynamic Modelling for Gamma Type Double Piston Cylinder Engine

The exhaust of an automotive engine is one the main causes air pollution. These days, many researchers are investigating waste heat recovery engines. A two-cylinder gamma-type Stirling chosen for this purpose. a diesel as input source This work explains isothermal, ideal adiabatic, and non-ideal simple analysis engine. set differential equations solved using Runge-Kutta 4 th order method MATLAB software. describe pressure, pressure variation, mass, mass flow, energy flow in which estimate power efficiency. Using analysis, drop piston finite speed, transfer losses calculated. estimated by simple, experimental 133.82 W, 143.75 93.2 111.43 thermal efficiency 30.70 %, 30.90%, 21.20%, 24.70% respectively. results these models close agreement with results.
